How do I get started with the interactive features?
Click on Create an Account to register to use the features available on this website. Once you have created a User ID and Password you can access any of our secure features.
Please make a note of your user ID and Password for later sessions. If you have forgotten your password and remember your user ID you can click on the "forgot my password" button located on the log in screen.
What is My Patient Account?
The My Patient Page is your personal inbox. Once you create a user ID and password you can access your inbox to securely communicate with us. When you receive an email that your provider has responded, you will need to login to My Patient Account to view the response.
For security purposes NO email messages will be sent with any of your personal information. Email will only be used to notify you of responses from your provider.
How do I complete pre-registration?
If you have already created a User ID and password you can log in by clicking on Pre-registration. You will see form specific instructions when you login. Complete the form entirely - required questions are indicated by a red asterisk. You will know you have finished pre-registration when you see a confirmation message thanking you for completing pre-registration. After filling out the Pre-Registration Form, if you are a new patient to Grossmont Family Medical Group, please complete a New Patient History Form as well.
How do I request appointments online?
If you have already created a User ID and password you can log in and request an appointment by clicking on Appointment Request. Select your doctor and location and complete the required fields.
We will make every attempt to reply to your routine appointment request in a timely manner. Once we have processed your request you will either receive an e-mail asking you to log onto the website to securely receive our response.
This feature is for NON-EMERGENCY, routine requests only. If you have an emergency call the office or 911 immediately!
How do I request a Prescription Renewal online?
If you have already created a User ID and password you can log in and request a prescription refill by clicking on Prescription Renewal. Select your doctor and location and complete the required fields.
Your prescription refill request will be reviewed and processed during normal business hours. If you request a refill on-line after hours or on weekends it will be reviewed and processed on the next business day. We will need to have your chart available to determine that a refill is the best course of treatment. Please request renewals at least 72 hours in advance.
If you have not been seen by your physician in the past 12 months, your request may be denied and you will be directed to request an appointment.
